Download Shorts Online Without an App

MP4 Quality for Mobile Shorts
Shorts are short vertical videos, so the best format for most users is MP4. Choose HD when the source provides it, or use a smaller MP4 file when speed and storage matter more than resolution.
- MP4 HD: best for high-quality offline viewing when available.
- MP4 720p: practical mobile balance for most Shorts.
- Lower MP4: faster downloads and smaller files.
